The Supreme Council is considering a package of legislations establishing the rules for broadcasting court hearings on radio, television and on the global Internet. The issue was considered by the relevant committee on legislation.

The Committee on Legislation will recommend the law-in-draft introduced by the President of the PMR and providing for deferral from conscription for military service to graduates of special institutions who go to serve in the fire brigade for adoption in the first reading.

Deputies of the Committee on Legislation proposed to overcome the President's veto on the law adopted by the Supreme Council on the legislative consolidation of the concept of "Deputy act".

A group of deputies of the Legislation Committee acted as the author of amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses. Parliamentarians proposed to introduce liability for failure to provide a product or service to a consumer for reasons related to his health, disability or age.

Deputies of the Legislation Committee got acquainted with the report of the PMR Prosecutor on the work of the supervisory body last year. The document was taken into account and will be considered at one of the plenary sessions of the Supreme Council.

The Committee on Legislation prepared legislations concerning electronic form of information exchange for consideration in the second reading.

The Legislation Committee considered a number of legislations that are being prepared for consideration in the first reading at the plenary session.

The Committee on Legislation considered law-in-draft allowing courts to issue executive documents in electronic form. Moreover, it must be signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature.

Deputies of the relevant committee considered law-in-draft that allows submitting an electronic application to the civil registry authorities.

The PMR prosecutor sent to the Supreme Council law-in-draft “On advocacy and the legal profession in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”. The initiative was considered by deputies of the Legislation Committee.
