The Government submitted the Forecast of the socio-economic development of the republic for 2024 to the Supreme Council. This document assesses the dynamics of the development of the socio-economic situation in Pridnestrovie in the short term, taking into account the conditions that are developing in the domestic and foreign markets.

A package of legislations that specify the time period for the work of individuals, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, subject to verification, was adopted in the first reading.

The deputies adopted amendments to the law “Special tax regime – simplified taxation system” in two readings at once at the plenary session. They provide for easing the conditions for the transition of entrepreneurs from a simplified taxation regime to another and a return to a “simplification”.

The Supreme Council adopted in the first reading the law-in-draft "On the PMR Capital Investment Fund". The legislative initiative was developed by a group of deputies who consider it necessary to enshrine at the legislative level the rules for the functioning of the Capital Investment Fund, sources for its replenishment and implementation mechanisms, the rights and obligations of state customers of the objects of the Capital Investment Fund.

The Parliament adopted amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure in the second final reading. A legislative initiative aimed at optimizing the procedure for announcing the verdict in criminal cases was proposed by the Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov.

The Supreme Council Deputies adopted in the second final reading amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure, which introduce the possibility of seizing property solely by decree of a court.

Deputies of the PMR Youth Parliament held a teleconference with a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Education Alena Arshinova. The agenda includes the implementation of youth policy in the Russian Federation, current projects in the field of education, science and patriotic education of youth.

Regular meeting of the Presidium of the PMR Supreme Council took place today. The parliamentarians decided on the date of the next plenary session and supplemented the agenda of the next plenary session, which is scheduled for this Wednesday, July 5.

Traditional exhibition-fair "Buy Pridnestrovian!" was held on the central square in Bendery on July 1. The PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov visited the pavilions of almost 70 enterprises, individual entrepreneurs and artisans.
