The PMR Supreme Council adopted in the first reading at the plenary session a package of legislations that are designed to improve the laws on special tax regimes adopted at the end of September – patent and simplified taxation systems.
Deputies of the Supreme Council expanded the scope of offenses in the field of advertising. Relevant amendments and additions to the PMR Code of Administrative Offenses were adopted in the second final reading.
The Supreme Council adopted in the second final reading the law-in-draft of the Pridnestrovian Prosecutor, which toughens the responsibility for drivers driving under the influence of alcohol, who have previously been held liable for drunk driving or have a criminal record for it.

The Supreme Council deputies adopted law-in-draft of the PMR President on amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses in the final reading. The new rule introduces fines for stopping closer than 1 meter from ramps, entrances or stairs.
The state of emergency has been extended. The PMR Supreme Council deputies at the third emergency plenary session adopted a resolution approving the decree of the PMR President.
The First President of the PMR, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMSSR Igor Smirnov spoke about the importance of creating a legislature of Pridnestrovie today.
The Presidium of the PMR Supreme Council held a regular meeting. Members of the Presidium and the Speaker of Parliament considered such issues as setting the date for the next plenary session and filling in session agendas.
The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky congratulated the Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov and the heads of the parliamentary committees on the 32nd anniversary of the creation of the Supreme Council. The President looked at the permanent photo exhibition together with the First President of the PMR Igor Smirnov and the Government Chairman Alexander Rosenberg.
