Representatives of more than 20 countries participated in the patriotic forum dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory in Volgograd. Pridnestrovie was represented by the Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms Gregory Dyachenko and Plenipotentiary Representative of the PMR Supreme Council in the Russian Federation on Interparliamentary Cooperation Olga Gukalenko.

The Divine Liturgy and funeral service for those who died during the war were held today at the capital's Memorial of Glory near the chapel of St. George the Victorious. The ceremony was attended by the country's top officials. Among them there were the PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov and his deputy Galina Antyufeeva.
