News of the Supreme Council

The PMR Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and members of the parliamentary Presidium took part in the traditional video conference of the PMR President with the heads of state authorities and heads of state administrations of cities and districts. They discussed the current state of affairs.

Deputies approved the Decree of the President at the 2nd Extraordinary Session of the Supreme Council of the PMR of the IX session of the VII convocation.

A parade of baby carriages, honoring the golden anniversaries of married life, and a concert – Family Day was celebrated in Slobodzeya. The residents were congratulated by the Supreme Council deputy for constituency No. 21 "Slobodzeya" Pavel Shinkaryuk.

Residents of Borisovka, Khomutyanovka, the microdistricts of Bendery and the village of Protyagaylovka held a family evening in the Borisovsky park on July 8. The Supreme Council Deputy for electoral district No. 3 Oleg Petrik organized competitions, gifts and a screening of a family film for them on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity according to tradition.

The "Family - a magical symbol of life" festival dedicated to the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity was held in the Catherine Park of Tiraspol. The celebration honored couples who had lived together for 35, 45 and 50 years. The spouses were presented with commemorative certificates and gifts, warm words of gratitude and recognition were heard.

The PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov, heads and deputies of parliamentary committees, as well as parliamentarians of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance took part in an extended meeting, which was held in the House of Official Receptions of presidential executive office.

The PMR Supreme Council Deputy for constituency No. 11 "Central" Boris German provided assistance in improving the well area.

The next plenary session date was postponed from July 9 to July 16 by the decision of the parliamentary Presidium.
