The PMR Supreme Council adopted in two readings the initiative of Deputy Alexander Korshunov, which excludes from the law on measures to minimize the consequences of the energy crisis the provisions that have lost their relevance.
Deputies adopted an amendment to the PMR Criminal Code in the final reading in the course of the plenary session of parliament. It will allow convicts with children under 14 years of age to count on a second deferment in certain cases if they break the law again.
It will be possible to file a complaint against a ruling on an administrative offence that has not yet entered into force not only at the place where the case is being heard, but also at the place of residence of the applicant or at the location of the body that conducted the administrative investigation. The legislative initiative of Galina Antyufeeva, Gregory Dyachenko and Oleg Petrik was adopted by the Supreme Council in two readings at once.
Amendments and additions were made to the Law "On Education" and the Law "On the Development of Primary and Secondary Vocational Education". The new regulations will come into force 60 days after signing by the President and official publication.
The first reading was passed by a package of legislations developed by deputies of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and the Media. The parliamentarians propose to ban the propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations, gender reassignment and refusal to have children among children and adults at the legislative level.

The PMR Supreme Council supported in two readings at once the amendments to the laws "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and "On the State Tax Service of the PMR", which introduce the concept of hotline and give the tax services the right to post information at retail outlets.
A group of parliamentarians of the Committee on Economic Policy proposed to amend the law "On Joint-Stock Companies" that would improve the procedure for electing the chairman of the board of directors or supervisory board of a joint-stock company. The Supreme Council supported the law-in-draft in two readings at once.
Two draft Resolutions of the Supreme Council on the application of amnesty this year to certain categories of convicts were adopted by deputies in the first reading. Such an act of humanism will be demonstrated in connection with two anniversaries.
Members of the Presidium of the PMR Supreme Council set the date for the 5th emergency meeting of the VIII session of the VII convocation and supplemented the agenda of the plenary meeting, which will be held on April 9.
