Amendments and additions to the law “On Environmental Protection” and to the Resolution of the Supreme Council of 2005 “On approval of the standard Regulations of the territorial target budget environmental fund” were adopted by the Parliament. Financing of some material and technical needs of government bodies will no longer be carried out at the expense of environmental funds.

It is planned to take control of online commerce. The Government has taken a legislative initiative to enshrine the obligations of sellers and the rights of buyers in the relevant laws. Parliamentarians considered a package of legislations today that should regulate this area at a plenary session in the first reading.

The PMR Supreme Council extended for another year the opportunity to register the right to a private house, summer house, outbuildings, and extensions to houses in a simplified manner. A prerequisite is that the construction of such facilities must be completed before January 1, 2021.

Deputies considered amendments and additions to the law “On the social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster and other radiation or man-made disasters” in two readings. The new standards will come into force on January 1, 2024.
