The next plenary meeting of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will take place on November 15. This decision was made in the course of the meeting of the Presidium by the Speaker of Parliament and the heads of parliamentary committees and commissions today.
Members of the Presidium discussed legislations submitted by committees, prepared for consideration in the first or second readings. They were included in the agendas of the plenary meetings scheduled for November 1 and November 15.
The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance included about 10 legislations on the agenda of tomorrow’s plenary meeting of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, including changes to the laws “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, “On Internal Trade”, “On the Securities Market”, as well as changes in the Civil Code, the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offences.
The deputy corps tomorrow will consider draft laws on amendments to the Housing Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic at the proposal of the Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Communal Services. The Regional Policy Committee submitted a package of legislations amending the law on urban planning and the law on local authorities for consideration at the meeting of the Supreme Council on November 15.
The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex and Transport supplemented the agenda of the plenary meeting on November 1 with almost a dozen legislations. Among them there are amendments to the laws “On the environment” and “On some additional state measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors”, which are proposed to be adopted in two readings at once, as well as changes to the laws “On share tax”, “On land payment”, “On transport”, “On road safety”.
The Committee on Public Associations and Media invites deputies to discuss tomorrow the report of the Ministry of Education “On the situation of children in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in 2022”.
