The legislative gap elimination

Participants in hostilities to protect the PMR will have the right to privatize housing that is rented under a commercial lease agreement. Today they have no such right. The law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law "On privatization of the state municipal housing stock of the PMR" was developed by the Committee on the agro-industrial complex.

In addition, at the initiative of the deputies of the Committee, the participants in the hostilities to protect the PMR are offered to be given the right to improve their living conditions, since until now this category of Pridnestrovians did not have such a right at the level of law. The Committee will recommend the Supreme Council to adopt these legislations in two readings at once.
