How the carrying capacity of a vehicle is determined. Now this will be spelled out in the law. This necessity arose in connection with appeals of the heads of enterprises to the Supreme Council. The fact is that today taxes are calculated based on the carrying capacity of the vehicle, but there is no such parameter in the technical passport. Only the permitted maximum weight and vehicle weight are enshrined. Deputy Victor Guzun proposed to amend the law "On the PMR road fund". The law-in-draft defines what the carrying capacity is. Namely: this is the difference between the parameters that are in the vehicle registration certificate, that is, between the permissible maximum mass and the mass of the vehicle.
In addition, it is proposed to exclude the concept of "technically permissible maximum mass" of a vehicle from the law.
Deputies of the Committee on agro-industrial complex supported this initiative and will recommend the Supreme Council to adopt the law-in-draft in the first reading.
