The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance continues its work. Parliamentarians considered at today's meeting a number of legislative initiatives. For example, a package of legislative that regulate relations in the field of bankruptcy, as well as changes and additions to the current state program "Support and Development of Tourism for 2019-2026".

Work on the legislative initiative submitted to the Supreme Council by the President, according to which this year it is planned to allocate funds and begin construction of the first stage of the third stage of the solid domestic waste landfill near the village of Malaeshty, Grigoriopol district, continues in the relevant Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance.

The Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance continues to work on legislations that are submitted to the Supreme Council. The Deputies together with those invited discussed at the last meeting of the Committee the amendments to the Concept of Budgetary and Tax Policy and began work on new legislations within the first reading.

The Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance, in preparation for the first reading today considered amendments and additions to the law on the budget for 2023, which are supposed to increase public spending on certain items.

A number of issues submitted for discussion at the plenary session was considered by deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance at the meeting. Thus, the Committee prepared a response to the request of the PMR Prosecutor on the interpretation of a part of the law on commercial secrets, and considered amendments and additions to the PMR Law “On denationalization and privatization”.

A number of legislations are prepared by deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance for consideration at the plenary session in the second reading. It is planned that the parliamentarians will make a final decision on two legislations in the next few weeks: amendments and additions to the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", as well as to the state target program "Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in the PMR".

Meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy took place. Parliamentarians discussed amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses, to the Law of the PMR "On Domestic Trade", to the Law "On the Procedure for Conducting Inspections in the Implementation of State Control (Supervision)", as well as clarifications to the legislation on the patent taxation system.

Deputies and representatives of the Government discussed amendments to the law on the budget for the current year at a regular meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance. This is due to the need to approve and redistribute the budget balances that were formed on January 1, 2023.
