News of the Supreme Council

The most important issues of the upcoming plenary meeting were discussed on the eve by members of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) parliamentary faction.

Leadership of the parliament and the chairmen of the committees at the presidium of the Supreme Council considered a number of legislations that will be included in the agendas of regular plenary meetings.

Pridnestrovian militia is on guard of law and order. The Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov and the Vice-Speaker Galina Antyufeyeva congratulated them on behalf of the Supreme Council on their professional holiday during the ceremonial meeting.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov as well as members of the parliament’s commission on foreign policy and international relations met with the Russian delegation, led by State Duma deputy Yevgeny Primakov.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov met with Chairman of the Belgorod Regional Duma Natalia Poluyanova.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Committee on Education, Science and Culture Mikhail Burla took part in a scientific and practical conference on the development of geography, local history and tourism in the PMR.

Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva and parliamentarian Ilona Tyuryaeva took part in the XIII Assembly of the Russian World.

The Chairman of the Supreme Council congratulated Pridnestrovians on National Unity Day.
