One of the legislative initiatives that the deputies will consider at the next plenary meeting is proposed to exempt mining companies from payments for the use of subsurface resources. The Law “On Payments for Environmental Pollution and the Use of Natural Resources” was amended for this purpose. Enterprises will not transfer money to the budget for the volume of sand and gravel, which is donated to village administrations. In turn, the rural administrations will use these building materials for the improvement of settlements, social and cultural facilities and road repairs. In addition, building materials will be used to provide socially vulnerable categories of citizens. The law-in-draft will be considered in final reading.

Deputies of the Supreme Council will consider amendments to the law "On the republican budget for 2020" in the first reading. It is proposed to exempt the organizations involved in the construction, repair and maintenance of roads from paying deductions to the state based on the results of activities for 2019. The profit remaining at the disposal of state-owned enterprises in the road sector will be directed to the acquisition of equipment necessary for modernization and re-equipment of the production base. Such an initiative arose due to the fact that funds from road development programs are insufficient. Today, the fleet of machines and mechanisms is morally and physically worn out, this, in turn, leads to the cost of work rising.

The state target program “Re-equipment of official vehicles of the fire protection for 2021–2029” will be considered at the next plenary meeting, in the first reading. The analysis showed that the fleet of official vehicles of the fire department is technically outdated and does not meet modern requirements. The life of a fire engine is 13 years, while the average life of a fire engine, now armed with a fire department, is more than 30 years. Replacing vehicles of fire brigades will ensure high combat readiness of the fire service units and increase the efficiency of fire fighting and rescue operations.

The law-in-draft "On approval of the state program for the restoration of high oak forests on the lands of the State Forest Fund of the PMR for 2020-2040" will be considered in the final reading at the next plenary meeting.

Deputies in the second reading will consider amendments to the law “On Land Payments” at the next plenary meeting. The document establishes that from January 1, 2019, lands under construction or reconstruction of objects will not be subject to taxation. Tax preferences will be valid during the construction period. It will be enough to submit a building permit, and not all design estimates, as prescribed in the current version of the law to abolish taxes from such land.

Deputy corps will consider amendments to the law "On state support for large families" in the first reading. The concept of a "large family" will be expanded. Now a large family is considered to be a family that brings up at least three children under 18 years of age, and if they study full-time at colleges, technical schools and universities, then until graduation or up to 23 years. The same rules of the law also apply to large families with disabled children. Now the status of a family as a large one will remain even if a disabled child of the first group studies at the correspondence department.

The next plenary meeting of the Supreme Council will be held on Wednesday, July 15.
