One of the sections of the PMR Development Strategy for 2019-2026 is the state youth policy. Prepared by the PMR Supreme Council press service the checklists are about some measures of state support for young Pridnestrovians in terms of tax policy.

Amendments and additions to the law "Special Tax Regime - Patent System of Taxation" in the first reading were presented today by the author of the initiative Viktor Guzun. The parliamentarian suggested making an addition to the law, which would clearly stipulate that the subjects of the patent taxation system are not entitled to carry out other types of entrepreneurial activities that are not established by the supplement to this law.

The Supreme Council deputies supported in the first reading the law-in-draft of colleagues from the Committee on Social Policy and Health Care, which specifies which periods of study should be counted as work experience.

Amendments to the Labor Code, which clarifies that employees of retirement age, when switching to a fixed-term employment contract, may not undergo a preliminary medical examination, were adopted in the first reading.

Parliamentarians considered and adopted in the first reading today the Concept of Budget and Tax Policy, which is designed for three years, from 2024 to 2026. The first year for which the budget is drawn up, and the next two are the planning period, when real trends in the socio-economic development of the republic are traced.

The events dedicated to the 79th anniversary of the liberation of Tiraspol from the Nazi occupation were held at the Memorial of Glory in the capital. Fresh flowers in memory of the fallen heroes-liberators were laid on memorial plates by the leadership of the republic, representatives of public organizations and caring residents of the capital.
