Amendments and additions to the law "Special Tax Regime - Patent System of Taxation" in the first reading were presented today by the author of the initiative Viktor Guzun. The parliamentarian suggested making an addition to the law, which would clearly stipulate that the subjects of the patent taxation system are not entitled to carry out other types of entrepreneurial activities that are not established by the supplement to this law. This is due to numerous appeals to the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic by individual entrepreneurs who work under a patent, with a request to clarify the current norms.
Thus, 57 types of entrepreneurial activity are indicated in the supplement to the already existing law on the patent system of taxation. For example, retail trade on open counters, speech therapy, veterinary and zootechnical services, tailoring and shoe repair, teaching foreign languages, music, choreography and fine arts individually or in groups of up to 12 people and much more.
Parliamentarians supported the initiative of the deputy. The law-in-draft was adopted in the first reading. Work on a new version of the law-in-draft continues.
