The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov congratulated workers and veterans of the light industry on their professional holiday

The Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov congratulated Pridnestrovians, Russian citizens and compatriots on Day of Russia.

The opening of the monument to "Warriors-sappers" in the village of Parkany, Slobodzeya district, was timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the transfer of the engineer-sapper battalion under the jurisdiction of Pridnestrovie. Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR Alexander Korshunov and parliamentarian for "Parkany" constituency No.24 Ivan Nedelkov took part in the solemn ceremony.

Deputies adopted amendments to some legislative acts, allowing citizens to privatize housing provided in the order of partial improvement of living conditions in the final reading.

The Supreme Council deputies supported the changes to the republican budget of this year, aimed at optimizing the mechanism for providing housing for orphans in the second final reading at the plenary session.

The Supreme Council adopted amendments to the law "On Social Protection of the Disabled" in the first reading. They relate to compensation payments for the care of people with disabilities from childhood of groups I and II.

The Supreme Council Deputies adopted amendments to the law of the PMR "On additional education". It will spell out the categories of children who are entitled to preferential education in children's music and art schools.
