The third building was opened on September 3 after major repairs at PSU. Admissions offices, an archeology museum, laboratories, classrooms and a gym. This is the first major reconstruction in the history of the building since it was commissioned in the early 1960s. The opening was attended by PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky, the PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov, Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeyeva and the PMR Government Chairman Alexander Rosenberg.

The simultaneous withdrawal of the armed formations of Moldova and Pridnestrovie from the line of confrontation, which put an end to the bloodshed on the Dniester, was completed on August 1, 1992. Mourning events in memory of the fallen defenders of Pridnestrovie were held in all cities and districts of the republic. The PMR Supreme Council Deputies took part in them in their constituencies.
Discussion of the possibility of creating a single youth movement, which can include numerous public organizations, has begun in Pridnestrovie. The first meeting, which was attended by representatives of youth organizations, including deputies of the Youth Parliament, leaders of the Russian and Moldovan communities of Pridnestrovie, the Ministry of Education and the Olympic Training Center, was held in the briefing hall of the Supreme Council.
