How the capital celebrated Victory Day, congratulations to veterans of the Great Patriotic War in cities and districts, what will happen to abandoned buildings, the Pridnestrovian Garden of Memory and much more – in "The Deputy Hour" program.

Deputies of the Supreme Council are working on a legislative solution to the problem of abandoned buildings in the towns and regions of Pridnestrovie.

The PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov held a regular meeting of the Presidium of the Parliament today. The agenda includes legislations prepared for consideration by the Parliamentary Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens.

The events dedicated to the 77th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War were held in Slobodzeya and Rybnitsa. Deputies of the Supreme Council laid flowers at the monuments to Soviet soldiers.

The main faces of the Great Victory are veterans. All attention is to them on May 9. Home front workers and blockade survivors were presented with gifts and flowers on behalf of the Deputy of the Supreme Council Vadim Levitsky in the "Krasnodonsky" constituency No. 31 of the capital.

The PMR Supreme Council Deputies together with the residents of the districts, participated in solemn events on the Victory Day today.

The front Dugout took place today in Tiraspol. It is held every year. Veterans, home front workers, and blockade survivors gather at the same table to once again recall the events of the Great Patriotic War.

Victory Day was celebrated in the capital today. The celebrations that were attended by the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky, Chairman of the PMR Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov, Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeeva and other officials, began with the raising of the Victory Banner over the main square of Tiraspol.

The capital of Pridnestrovie joined the "Garden of Memory" international mass event, dedicated to the Victory Day. An alley was planted in the Botanical Garden of the State University named after Taras Shevchenko.

The Supreme Council Chairman congratulated veterans, home front workers, children of war and all Pridnestrovians on Victory Day.
