The 2nd Extraordinary Session of the Supreme Council of the IX session of the VII convocation will be held tomorrow, July 9. The decision was made today in the course of the parliamentary Presidium meeting. Deputies will consider the Decree of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on extending the state of emergency in the republic. It is proposed to extend the state of emergency in the economy until August 9.

The date of the next plenary session of the heads of parliamentary committees was postponed from July 9 to July 16. Several initiatives prepared for consideration by the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens and the Committee on Education, Public Associations and the Media were included in the agenda of the plenary session scheduled for July 16 by the decision of the parliamentary Presidium. Thus, the deputy corps will discuss in the second reading a package of legislations on the ban on the propaganda of non-traditional values ​​among adults and children next week. The legislative initiative was developed by deputies Igor Buga, Andrei Safonov and Pavel Shinkaryuk. It is proposed to make amendments and additions to 7 laws at once. Among them there are the Law of the PMR "On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development" and the Code of Administrative Offenses.
