The Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy considered legislative initiatives that are designed to provide social guarantees to individual entrepreneurs and microenterprise workers.

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered at its meeting additional measures of state support for public catering enterprises, transport organizations and health resort institutions of the republic.

The Committee on Legislation considered legislations that amended the norms of the Criminal Code, the Code of Administrative Offenses and the Law on Notaries.

The proposals on the order and form of payment for elevator maintenance and for utilities were considered by the deputies of the Committee for State Regional Policy.

It is proposed to expand the list of citizens who are entitled to free privatization of housing. The Agro-Industrial Complex Committee in the second reading considered the law-in-draft with amendments and additions to the law “On privatization of the state (municipal) housing stock”.

The Agro-Industrial Complex Committee prepared and considered law-in-draft “On land reclamation in the PMR” in the first reading.

The Agro-Industrial Complex Committee considered amendments to the law “On the PMR road fund”, which were proposed by the deputy Victor Guzun.

Participants in hostilities to protect the PMR will have the right to privatize housing, which is rented under a commercial lease agreement, as well as to improve their living conditions. This initiative was put forward by the Parliamentary Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex.

The state will continue to support schoolchildren and pupils of educational institutions who have the right to subsidized meals, but do not receive it due to non-working canteens. The Committee on Social Policy considered amendments to the law on state support during the period of restrictive measures.
