The memory of Nikolai Ostapenko, who died on April 30, 1992 from numerous wounds, was honored with a minute of silence at the Glory Memorial in Tiraspol. On April 23, his car was fired upon by members of the Bujor terrorist group. Flowers to the grave of Nikolai Ostapenko were laid by the deputies of the Supreme Council and the Slobodzeya District City Council.

Plenary meeting of the PMR Supreme Council will take place today, on April 30. Parliamentarians will consider law-in-draft on amendments to the law on the budget of the Unified Fund of Social Insurance for 2021. It was directed by the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky in the mode of legislative necessity.
