News of the Supreme Council

The Soviet soldiers who carried out their international duty in Afghanistan in 1979-1989 are remembered all over the republic today. Deputies of the Supreme Council took part in the commemorative events.

Chairman of the Pridnestrovian Association of Veterans of the War in Afghanistan, Chairman of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and the Media Igor Buga spoke about the social support for Afghan soldiers who live in the republic.

The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov addressed the soldiers-internationalists, veterans of the Afghan war on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan.

The law on tourism in the republic has been in force since the early 2000. The last amendments to the document were made 10 years ago. The law is obsolete. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky in his Address to the state authorities and administration, instructed to develop a new law-in-draft.
