Development of tourism is a promising direction of the Pridnestrovian economy

People can learn about small Pridnestrovie in China and Brazil, Cuba and the British Isles, Australia and Canada. To do this, it is enough to tell the world about the uniqueness of our region and its natural and historical sights, amazing people who were born here and left their mark on history. And there really is something to tell and show to the republic, the deputies of the Supreme Council are sure of it. Pridnestrovie is ready to receive tourists, who will then tell their friends and acquaintances about our land, write on social networks. More people will be able to learn about the republic. In addition, it will have a positive impact on the image of our country and its economy. The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky spoke about this in January in his annual Address to the state authorities and administration setting goals for 2022. One of his assignments was the development of new legislation in the sphere of tourism.

The state target program on support and development of tourism is already working in the republic. It is designed for 8 years and provides for the development of infrastructure, the holding of tourism and investment forums, as well as the participation of representatives of Pridnestrovie in international exhibitions and the publication of information materials about the republic on various Internet portals - not only Russian, but also abroad, so, that a potential tourist can read about our country in their native language and on the resource they trust. Signs in Russian and English are being installed everywhere in Pridnestrovie for individual tourists who decide to travel around the republic on their own, and not as part of tourist groups in the meantime, within the framework of the program. The first positive results have already been noticed by the leaders of the largest tourist facilities in the country.

According to the head of the Bendery Fortress complex, now it is necessary to actively develop the infrastructure in order to meet the requirements of travelers with any budget.

Tourists are waiting in Pridnestrovie in the meantime. Starting from spring, Israeli tour operators will organize tours to the republic, an info tour was organized for them last week. Turkey tour operators are expected in March. They are interested in Pridnestrovie and are ready to take tourist groups to the most interesting places in our country.

Interest in our republic has grown all over the world, Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy said Viktor Guzun. This became especially noticeable after the success of the Sheriff football club in the Champions League. The task of the new law on the development of tourism in the republic is to support this sector of the economy and create all the necessary tools to make Pridnestrovie interesting and convenient for travelers from all over the world.
