News of the Supreme Council

Meeting of the Presidium of the PMR Supreme Council was held. The agenda of tomorrow's plenary session was supplemented with a number of issues, including amendments and additions to the law on the budget.

A concert was held at the Center for Mother and Child on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, at the initiative of the capital branch of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) Republican Party in Tiraspol and with the support of the PMR Supreme Council deputies Galina Antyufeeva and Ilona Tyuryaeva.

The Supreme Council Deputy Ilona Tyuryaeva within the framework of the project “My Great Compatriots” organized a meeting dedicated to the life and work of Boris Dmitrievich Chelyshev. The Great Patriotic War veteran, journalist and teacher would have turned 100 on July 17.

The Parliament adopted the Budget Code in the first reading, more than forty tourist routes around the country – this is the result of the state program to support and develop tourism, meeting with the European delegation in the PMR Supreme Council and much more - in "The Deputy Hour" program.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov addressed the residents of the republic on the occasion of the holiday of family, love and fidelity.

The first Pridnestrovian deputies discussed the foreign policy situation around our state and the problem of issuing Russian passports.

Member of the Consultative Assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies, co-chairman of the coordinating council of the All-Pridnestrovian People's Forum Vladimir Rylyakov was awarded the Order of Friendship. The PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov and Head of the Government Alexander Rosenberg congratulated the statesman and public figure on his 75th birthday.

The meeting of the Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov with the delegation headed by the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Thomas Mayr-Harting took place in the PMR Supreme Council. The delegation included the Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Claus Neukirch, the Polish Ambassador Tomasz Kobzdej and representatives of the Polish Embassy in Moldova and the OSCE.

The Supreme Council deputies in the first reading adopted legislations that supplement the list of grounds for the termination of the right of ownership of mismanaged buildings and non-residential premises forcibly, and empower the state administrations of cities and regions to identify such buildings.

The Supreme Council considered amendments to the law on the republican budget for 2022 that adjust income and expenses in connection with the new economic conditions. The deputies voted for the adoption of the law-in-draft in the 1st reading.
