Vladimir Rylyakov was awarded the Order of Friendship

Vladimir Rylyakov, a state and public figure of Pridnestrovie, turned 75 years old. Vladimir Markovich was awarded the Order of Friendship by the Decree of the PMR President for his great contribution to the formation of the civil society of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and active social activities. Together with congratulations from the Supreme Council, the award to the hero of the day at a meeting of the Consultative Assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies was presented by the Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Korshunov. Vladimir Rylyakov is an active participant in the creation and development of Pridnestrovie as a state. He was the Head of the Joint Council of Labor Collectives in the early 90s of the XX century, was a Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for three convocations – from 1990 to 2005.

The Order of Friendship is awarded to foreign citizens and Pridnestrovians for special merits in strengthening peace and friendship between peoples, for active work in the preservation and promotion of the historical heritage of Pridnestrovie, for a great contribution to attracting foreign investment in the PMR economy, for assistance in the formation of civil society institutions and the development of democratic values, as well as for extensive charitable activities.

Chairman of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Rosenberg congratulated Vladimir Rylyakov on his 75th birthday.
