Parliamentarians voted for the adoption of amendments and additions to the law “On the PMR Budget System” in the second final reading. The Government's initiative proposed changing the timing of approval of local budgets for the next financial year.
The PMR Supreme Council adopted in final reading the draft of the new state target program “Replacement of lamps with mercury-containing lamps for street lighting of public roads in the PMR, which are in state and municipal ownership, with LED lamps”. The state program will begin to operate this year and is designed until 2028.
Parliamentarians supported in the first reading the draft law on amending the PMR Labor Code, which was developed by deputies Galina Antyufeyeva, Gregory Dyachenko and Oleg Petrik.
Deputies adopted amendments to the Civil Code of the PMR and to the law “On local authorities, local self-government and state administration” in the course of the plenary session in the second final reading. The legislation amendments provide for simplification of the procedure for liquidation of legal entities.
Deputies of the Supreme Council at the suggestion of colleagues from the Committee on Legislation adjusted the norms of the Constitutional Law “On Citizenship of the PMR”. The goal is to simplify the acquisition of Pridnestrovian citizenship for children.
Meeting-requiem in memory of the statesman of Pridnestrovie, the PMR Supreme Council Deputy of the of the IV convocation Oleg Andreevich Gudymo, who devoted many years to serving his homeland, took place in the PMR Supreme Council.
A monument to the Unknown Soldier was restored at the cemetery at the request of the rural authorities and residents of the village of Butuchany of Rybnitsa district, which was voiced last May at a meeting of the President with residents of Rybnitsa district.
