Solemn meeting was held at the Palace of the Republic on the eve of the Victory Day celebration.
The memory of 20 employees of the experimental station who did not return from the front was honored in Tiraspol in the microdistrict near the Research Institute of Agriculture. Their names and personal stories have been restored thanks to the work of the Council of Veterans of the Research Institute. The PMR Supreme Council Deputy for constituency No. 29 Igor Buga took part in the memorial event.
Ceremonial meeting dedicated to Victory Day was held in the assembly hall of the PMR Accounts Chamber.
The PMR Supreme Council Deputy Boris German and Vladimir Ladunkin, assistant of the PMR Supreme Council deputy Oleg Bayev became participants of the "Path to Victory" intellectual game. The competition took place in the Dubossary branch of the RPP "Obnovlenie".

A concert dedicated to Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War was held in Parkany School No. 1. Deputy of the Supreme Council for District No. 24 "Parkany" Vladimir Timofeev was invited to the celebration.
Representatives of more than 20 countries participated in the patriotic forum dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory in Volgograd. Pridnestrovie was represented by the Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms Gregory Dyachenko and Plenipotentiary Representative of the PMR Supreme Council in the Russian Federation on Interparliamentary Cooperation Olga Gukalenko.
The Divine Liturgy and funeral service for those who died during the war were held today at the capital's Memorial of Glory near the chapel of St. George the Victorious. The ceremony was attended by the country's top officials. Among them there were the PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov and his deputy Galina Antyufeeva.
