Children's Day in towns and districts (UPDATED)

Festive events were held in all cities, districts and villages of Pridnestrovie in honor of International Children's Day on May 30 and 31, June 1. Deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in their constituencies congratulated children on the holiday, the beginning of summer and holidays.

Dubossary

Warm and bright holiday dedicated to the youngest residents was held in all villages of the Dubossary district on International Children's Day. There were sweets, gifts and smiles in constituency No. 10 "Severny" in Dubossary district. Pleasant surprises for children of the district villages were prepared by the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the general director of the KVINT plant Oleg Bayev and the commercial director of the KVINT plant Dmitry Durnopyan. Each child was given sweet gifts and stationery sets – symbols of attention, care and support.

The gifts brought genuine joy to the kids, becoming another reminder of how important it is to surround children with love and warmth.

A concert was held, the children participated in various game activities as part of the event. Laughter, music and fun filled Dubossary district, and the children, their parents and teachers spent this day in an atmosphere of a real holiday.

Oleg Bayev and Dmitry Durnopyan thanked everyone who took part in organizing the festive event for the children of electoral district No. 10.

Slobodzeya

A festive concert was held in the city of Slobodzeya, dedicated to Children's Day on June 1. The theatrical program took place on the territory of the Arcade Complex and gathered hundreds of children and parents.

The bright concert program included performances by exemplary creative groups: the "Rhythmic Dance" dance group, the "Raduga" vocal group, the "Millenium" fashion studio and students of the children's music school.

The deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for the constituency No. 21 "Slobodzeya" Pavel Shinkaryuk congratulated young citizens on the holiday. He noted that children are the most valuable thing that adults have. He wished parents to be a worthy example for their children, urged them to teach children justice and kindness. The deputy wished the young residents of the district happiness, health, peaceful skies, and a bright summer.

On the same day, the theatrical performance "The Bremen Town Musicians" was shown in the House of Culture of the Russian part of the city, which was prepared by the dance group "Anastasia" and the vocal group "Melody of the Soul". On Children's Day, the Slobodzeya Children and Youth Creativity Center hosted a 64-checkers tournament among checkers players from the Slobodzeya branch of the Chobruchy Children's and Youth Sports School No. 4. Twenty five young sportsmen aged 6 to 16 took part in it.

Deputy Pavel Shinkaryuk congratulated all the children on the holiday, wished them success in their studies and sports, and treated the children who took part in all three festive events in constituency No. 21 "Slobodzeya" to ice cream.

Bendery

The Borisovsky Park in Bendery happily welcomed the summer. The holiday with competitions and treats for children was organized by Oleg Petrik, Deputy of the Supreme Council for constituency No. 3. Children were given face painting if they wanted from the very morning on June 1. Two-hour festive program began in the park on Borisovka, which was filled with entertainment and sports competitions then.

7 locations totally were deployed according to the interests of children. The entertainment program was held separately for the youngest – for children under 4 years old. Older children participated in a table tennis tournament. All comers took part in the "Golden Key" quest. It became one of the most active locations of the holiday in constituency No. 3 "Borisovsky". Children could try themselves in the roles of athletes, intellectuals, artists, dancers and even singers by completing 5 different tasks.

About 500 people in total came to the holiday for Children's Day. These are not only residents of the microdistrict "Borisovka", but also "Khomutyanovka" and the village of Protyagaylovka. The Bendery City Council deputies from constituency No. 3 "Borisovsky" assisted in organizing the event: Olga Bogatu, Petr Zosimchuk, Vladimir Zhurya and Dmitry Rusnak, as well as the teams of the Children's and Youth Creativity Center "Burevestnik", the Children's and Youth Creativity Center "Young Technician" and the Municipal Institution "Multifunctional Cultural Complex".

All children were treated to kvass, ice cream, sweet sticks, candies and other sweets. The most active participants in the competitions were given tickets to a cartoon at the Gorky Cinema. The organizers handed out 200 tickets in total.

The next event in Electoral District No. 3 "Borisovsky" will traditionally be held on July 8 in honor of Family, Love and Fidelity Day.
