October 1 there was a celebration dedicated to the completion of the project in the village of Mokra, within which the hall of the local House of Culture was renovated. The event was attended by Deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR Valentin Matveichuk.

Additional and repeated elections to the Supreme Council took place. The voter turnout exceeded 25% in two constituencies.

The draft budget for 2018 and the planning period 2019-2020 was submitted for consideration by the State Duma September 29. Russian lawmakers will consider it in the first reading October 27, "The Parliamentary Newspaper" reports.
