The Rural House of Culture opened its doors again

Last Sunday in the village of Mokra, Rybnitsa district, a celebration dedicated to the completion of the project was held, in the course of which the hall of the local House of Culture was renovated. According to the official website of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) party, the event was attended by Deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR Valentin Matveichuk, head of the Rybnitsa branch of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) party Natalia Mamalyga, chairman of the council - head of the village administration Lyudmila Mikhalchenko, residents of Mokra.

Speaking to the audience, Valentin Matveychuk noted the importance of repairing the building, which is the center of the cultural life of the village. It has not received visitors for more than 20 years, since it has become worthless. Thanks to the project, the activity of the village leadership, the enthusiasm of the indifferent people, it was possible to open the doors of the culture center again, the deputy said. He noted the contribution of all the villagers to the implementation of this idea, congratulated the people of the older generation on the Day of the Elderly Person, and the teachers on the forthcoming Teacher's Day. The parliamentarian wished residents of the village Mokra activity, health, peace and prosperity.

During the celebration there were improvised farmsteads, exhibitions of works of children's art, exhibits telling about the history of the village in the building of the House of Culture. The amateur creative collectives of the village gave a festive concert.
