Parliamentarians were addressed by the judges who retired and reached the retirement age, with a request to regulate the issue of providing them with benefits for paying utility legislations. This is the second such meeting. The meeting was attended by the chairman of the parliamentary committee on legislation Galina Antyufeeva, the head of the Committee for State Regional Policy Oleg Vasilaty, deputies, representatives of the Government and the judiciary. Today, the subject of discussion was the question of clarifying the list of documents needed to receive benefits for utility payments. At the same time, according to the head of the profile parliamentary committee, according to the current legislation, judges who have reached the retirement age, like other pensioners, have a privilege to pay for communal services. The issue requires a decision at the subordinate level.
