The PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov commented to the parliamentary press service on the work plans of the deputy corps for the autumn session.

The Supreme Council today adopted in the first reading amendments to a number of legislative acts providing for food benefits in educational institutions for children who belong to a number of privileged categories of citizens.

The Labor Code will be supplemented with new norms. The Supreme Council in the final reading adopted the amendments concerning the regulation of remote work.

It is proposed to increase the costs of financing the PMR Capital Investment Fund. The Supreme Council adopted amendments to the 2021 budget in the first reading.

Hemodialysis technicians will receive co-payments for home duty. Deputies adopted the corresponding amendments to the Labor Code in the first reading.

The Supreme Council adopted amendments to the law "On social protection of war veterans" in two readings. The law-in-draft implies the allocation of hearing aids to combatants during the Great Patriotic War without establishing a disability group.

The PMR Parliament will open the II session of the VII convocation on September 8. The decision on this was made today at the Presidium of the PMR Supreme Council.

Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva and Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Public Associations and the Media Igor Buga took part in the solemn meeting dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the creation of the PMR Armed Forces. 

The August issue of the Councils of the People parliamentary newspaper is on sale. The issue is devoted to meetings with deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the celebration of the date of the beginning of the Russian peacekeeping operation on the Dniester, the significant laws of the spring session.
