News of the Supreme Council

The initiative of the deputies of the Committee on Legislation was supported in the first reading. It is aimed at improving conditions of detention and providing the right to correspondence between suspects and relatives.

The Supreme Council adopted law-in-draft with amendments to the law “On social protection of disabled people” in the final reading.

The Supreme Council adopted the amendments to the Civil and Arbitration Procedural Codes of the PMR in the final reading. The new laws will release legal entities and entrepreneurs from the obligation to provide an extract from the Unified State Register when submitting an application to the court.

The Youth Parliament deputies called on young Pridnestrovians to come to the PMR presidential elections on December 12.
