The Supreme Council adopted the amendments to the Civil and Arbitration Procedural Codes of the PMR in the final reading. The new laws will release legal entities and entrepreneurs from the obligation to provide an extract from the Unified State Register when submitting an application to the court. The judicial authorities will be able to independently obtain the necessary information from the register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the territory of Pridnestrovie.
Changes in legislation will simplify the interaction of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with courts. This is facilitated by the digitalization of public services and the work of the "System of Interdepartmental Data Exchange". The Supreme Court, city and district courts plan to complete the connection to this information system by January 2022. Accordingly, the new regulation will come into force from the beginning of next year.
The amendments do not apply to foreign legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. When applying to the court, they must provide an extract or other document confirming their legal status from the country where the legal entity and individual entrepreneur are registered. The document must be translated into Russian, notarized and legalized.
The amendments to the Civil and Arbitration Procedural Codes of the PMR adopted by the deputies were sent for signature to the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
