The President took part in the regular meeting of the Advisory Assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the Supreme Council.

Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted legislations regulating public procurement in the first reading.

The deputy corps got acquainted with the report of the republic's prosecutor on the work of the department last year and took note of it.

Parliamentarians approved the report of the Ombudsman on the state of observance and protection of human rights and freedoms in Pridnestrovie.

Veterans of the Great Patriotic War Vladimir Gromov, Ivan Slyusar and Alexander Umerenkov were invited to the Victory Parade held in the Russian capital on May 9. Thousands of veterans from all over the world took part in the celebration.

In the course of the meeting of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) faction, its deputies together with government representatives discussed the state of medicine in addition to the current issues of the legislative process.

The President met with mass-media workers. Representatives of the deputy corps were among the participants of the conversation.

A special reference book - "illiteracy" for heads of small and medium-sized businesses - was presented in Moscow. It will answer many pressing questions and help avoid problems during checks, "The Parliamentary Newspaper" reports.
