Development strategy of the republic

Leaders of the parliament - the speaker Alexander Shcherba and the vice-speaker Galina Antyufeeva - are among the participants in the next government meeting. It was headed by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky.

The President drew the attention of representatives of the executive and legislative branches of power to the need to develop a draft strategy for the development of the republic for the next 8 years.

Vadim Krasnoselsky considers that the future policy document should be based on three fundamental principles: political stability, economic self-sufficiency and social justice. As for the first component, it includes domestic political stability, as well as the consolidation of government and society. The second important factor in the country's development strategy is to rely on one's own resources and resources, eliminate the budget deficit, and ensure food security. Finally, the third guideline is to become a postulate: the main value is a person, the freedoms and rights, first of all, social. According to the president, the combination of these three conceptual directions creates a single platform for the strategic development of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

The President instructed the state authorities to begin preparing the strategy for the development of Pridnestrovie, to involve public organizations in this work. The development of a program for the development of the PMR for the period from 2019 to 2026 should be a platform for the joint work of the government and the Supreme Council, the expert community, the public. It will be necessary to improve the legislative and regulatory framework to do this.

The president called the task of developing a strategy for the development of Pridnestrovie, a large-scale, but feasible.

Strategy is the business of the future. Today there are a lot of problems on the agenda of everyday work of public authorities that need to be resolved. One of them is housing. Its decision started this year. Ten housing and construction cooperatives (three already functioning) will be created in the cities of the republic, which are called to complete the construction of long-term buildings. The required amount is 102 million rubles. As of June 1, 2018, 826 people claimed about the need for housing and the desire to participate in shared construction. It combines the efforts of the state and co-investors. The corresponding law was adopted by the deputies of the Supreme Council in May this year.

Saturation of the domestic market with domestic products is a strategic task. All this is promoted by the campaign "Buy Pridnestrovian!" started last year and continued this year. More than two hundred local producers participate in it.

The President supposes that the mass event should be developed, and the fairs under the slogan "Buy Pridnestrovian!" should be held in the cities of the republic at least twice a month. For this year, 8 exhibitions-fairs are planned throughout Pridnestrovie, two of them on May 1 and 26 have already been held in the capital and Bendery. If 64 enterprises were represented in Tiraspol with a total revenue of 477 thousand rubles, in Bendery - 78, and gained from the sale of domestic goods 530 thousand rubles.

Among the discussed issues there was information of Vasily Sotnikov, the head of the State Service for Environmental Control and Environmental Protection. He spoke about the environmental situation in the capital and the measures taken to eliminate the violations identified. On May 31, the chief ecologist made a report on this subject before the deputies of the Supreme Council. The president urged environmental services, law enforcement agencies to react promptly to calls from citizens, to monitor the environmental situation continuously, to conduct raids, and those guilty of violating environmental legislation should be severely punished.
