The PMR Supreme Council adopted in the second final reading amendments to the laws “On the PMR Central Bank” and “On Banks and Banking Activities. The legislative initiative was developed by a group of deputies who consider it necessary to enshrine at the legislative level the rules for the functioning of the Capital Investment Fund, sources for its replenishment and implementation mechanisms, the rights and obligations of state customers of the objects of the Capital Investment Fund.

The Parliament adopted amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure in the second final reading. A legislative initiative aimed at optimizing the procedure for announcing the verdict in criminal cases was proposed by the Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov.

The Supreme Council Deputies adopted in the second final reading amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure, which introduce the possibility of seizing property solely by decree of a court.

Deputies of the PMR Youth Parliament held a teleconference with a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Education Alena Arshinova.
