The Work is completed

The Committee on Public Associations, Sport, Information and Youth Policy recommended deputies to adopt law-in-draft "On the Basics of Public Control" in the third and final reading. The work on it was conducted in parallel with the consideration of the same new for the legal framework of the Republic the law-in-draft "On the Public Chamber", which was adopted by the Supreme Council two weeks ago. Both legislations are aimed at establishing constructive dialogue between the authorities and society.

It is planned in the third reading to amend the laws "On public hearings" and "On local government agencies, local government and state administration".

There is the work on a package of legislations at the final stage that provide for the introduction mechanism of the electronic signature into the legal sphere. Deputies of the profile committee recommended adopting amendments to the law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" in the second reading. As the head of the committee Igor Buga noted, its adoption will allow implementing the mechanism of applying the electronic signature in practice. He expressed confidence that the package of adopted laws will be positive for citizens.
