Deputies of the Committee on Education discussed relevant issues

The training of residents at the expense of the state is in the attention of the deputies of the Committee on Education. Those who study for free in state educational professional organizations, like other state-funded students, will have to conclude an agreement obliging them to work in their profession for up to 3 years in state institutions after graduation. Amendments to the law "On Education" are prepared by the Committee for adoption in the second final reading.

Deputies of the Committee Igor Buga, Andrey Safonov and Pavel Shinkaryuk proposed to make one more changes – to correct the law "On the Status of Servicemen". If they are accepted, students called up for military service will be able to continue their studies by correspondence or evening form, regardless of which course they are studying. The initiative will be considered in the Supreme Council in the first reading in the course of one of the plenary sessions.
