The significant place of Bendery

The grand opening of the renovated square and fountain at the Palace of Culture named after P. Tkachenko was attended by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky with his wife, Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov with his wife, leaders of the city of Bendery, residents and guests of the city.

Each city has significant places where its residents come to spend time with children, friends, family and friends. This square has long become such a place for Bendery residents. Its reconstruction and renovation of the city fountain was an excellent gift for the City Day.

Large-scale work is underway in the central part of Bendery as part of the reconstruction. Networks and communications are being updated, overpasses are being reconstructed and the roadbed of streets, squares and sidewalks is being replaced. Buildings of historical value are being renovated. Everyone who came to the square in front of the P. Tkachenko Palace of Culture on the City Day witnessed a colorful performance. The audience saw a fire show, which was accompanied by multi-colored laser holograms. The performance ended with the launch of an updated fountain. It is unique in its kind. The fountain has lighting and musical accompaniment, the jets are regulated by a computer program.

Celebration of the City Day in Bendery continues today. Events are planned in the Alexander Nevsky Park on the territory of the Bendery Fortress.
