Ukraine has introduced a ban on the movement of vehicles with Pridnestrovian license plates since September 1, 2021. Damage has been caused to entrepreneurial activity, the possibility of the departure of Pridnestrovian reanimobiles to medical institutions in Ukraine and other countries for the provision of emergency medical care has been blocked. The overwhelming majority of private car owners were deprived of the opportunity to travel outside Pridnestrovie. In addition, owners of cars with neutral license plates are advised to drive with a RM driver's license.
