Meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic took place today. The parliamentarians decided on the next date of the plenary session. They supplemented the agenda of the next plenary meeting, which will be held tomorrow, on the 21st of June. Thus, the deputies will consider legislations prepared for adoption in the first and second readings by the Committees on Economic Policy, Legislation, Social Policy and Education this week. In particular, the Government Chairman Alexander Rosenberg will report on the activities of the Government for 2022 this Wednesday. He will answer the questions of parliamentarians then.
The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance will submit several questions for consideration by the deputies. There are amendments and additions to the laws “On income tax from individuals” and “On the basics of the tax system in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” in the first reading, as well as to the laws “On insolvency (bankruptcy)” and “On customs tariff” among them.
The Committee on Social Policy proposed to include in the agenda of this week's plenary meeting a package of legislative initiatives that relate to compensations to socially protected groups of the population in case of self-acquisition of eye prostheses for consideration in the second final reading.
As for the next plenary session, it will take place next week, on the 28th of June at the suggestion of speaker Alexander Korshunov. The parliamentarians will consider in the course of the meeting amendments and additions to the laws “On the unified register of the population”, “On individual (personalized) registration in the state pension insurance system”, “On electronic document and electronic signature”, “On higher and postgraduate professional education”, as well as amendments and additions to the Penitentiary and Labor Codes of the Republic and other legislative initiatives including in the second final reading.
