The next plenary session of the Parliament will take place on the 21st of June. This decision was made today in the course of online meeting by the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The members of the Presidium determined the agenda of the 17th meeting of the 5th session of the 7th convocation. The deputies will consider next week the legislations prepared for adoption in the first or second readings by the Committees on Economic Policy, on Agro-Industrial Complex and on Education and the Media.
The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance prepared for consideration in the first reading government legislative initiatives that amend the laws “On Foreign Economic Activity”, “On Licensing Certain Types of Activities”, and “On the Electric Power Industry”. The Supreme Council will have to adopt a package of several legislations relating to the regulation of the sphere of insolvency (bankruptcy) of enterprises and organizations in the second reading.
The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex submitted to the plenary session on June 21 a number of legislative initiatives, including amendments to the laws “On payment for land”, “On the fundamentals of the tax system in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, and “On road safety”. The Supreme Council will consider it in the first reading.
The Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media prepared amendments to the law “On Volunteering” for consideration in the second reading.
The Presidium made additions to the agenda of the plenary meeting to be held tomorrow, on the 14th of June. The Committee on Economic Policy will additionally submit for consideration and adoption changes to the program of voters' mandates for 2023 and to the state tourism program.
