The Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic supplemented the agenda of the plenary session, which will take place tomorrow, on the 26th of March.
The Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare prepared a number of legislative initiatives for consideration by the deputy corps, concerning the social protection of people with special needs, the mechanism of the minimum wage, and amendments to the Labor Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It is planned to approve the new state target program "Equal Opportunities" in the second reading. The state will continue to create conditions for an accessible environment for people with special needs. The term of the state program will be adjusted. The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance held a meeting on Monday, March 24, and proposed that the deputy corps consider several specialized legislations at the plenary session on March 26: amendments to the laws on the republican budget for 2024 and 2025, as well as the law "On the customs tariff". The legislative initiative of deputy Yuriy Kucherenko on amendments to the law "On the Central Bank of the PMR" will be considered in the first reading, which will protect Pridnestrovians from fraudulent projects and financial pyramids.
The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex and Transport proposes to consider in the first reading at the plenary session a package of government legislations that will clarify the status of the head and member of a peasant (farming) household as business entities – individual entrepreneurs.
The next plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, by decision of the Presidium, is scheduled for the 9th of April.
