Meeting of the parliamentary Presidium

The agenda of the plenary meeting scheduled for tomorrow, October 16, was supplemented in the course of the meeting of the Presidium, which took place today in the briefing hall. The Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens has prepared a number of legislations for consideration in the first or second readings, including changes in the field of registration, exemption from state fees, etc. The Committee on Social Policy is submitting legislations for tomorrow's plenary session, including amendments to the Labor Code, laws on licensing certain types of activities, on personal income tax, a draft of a new law on discounted travel for children, etc.

The Presidium, at the suggestion of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov, scheduled the next plenary session for October 23. Its agenda today included legislations prepared for consideration by the deputy corps by the Committee on Education, Public Associations and the Media.

The Supreme Council received today draft laws on amendments to the law "On the Republican Budget for 2024", the author of which was the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
