Meeting of the Operational Headquarters on the gas crisis

Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov and members of the parliamentary Presidium took part in the Operational Headquarters meeting on life support issues in the context of a possible energy crisis. The meeting was held in a conference call by the head of the headquarters – Chairman of the Government of the PMR Alexander Rosenberg. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky at the beginning of the meeting emphasized  that this is a working meeting, these working meetings will be held as needed. The situation must be under constant control for timely response and resolution of emerging problems, the President noted.

The Minister of Internal Affairs informed the members of the Operational Headquarters about the work of the central call-center. He drew attention to the fact that not all cities have fully established the functioning of its local divisions. The President demanded to speed up and report on the launch of local information points by lunchtime today.

The republican call-center received 572 calls, 171 requests over the past day. Most of the questions are related to providing citizens with firewood. This aspect was given increased attention during the meeting. Each head reported on how the work in this area is organized, how many applications have been received and satisfied, what the mechanism is, who is eligible for benefits, how delivery is carried out. The issues that arose during the reports were immediately discussed with the heads of the relevant ministries and government agencies, making joint decisions.
