Protection of the Rights of Creditors and the Powers of State Administrations

The Supreme Council adopted law-in-draft aimed at ensuring guarantees of creditors of the reorganized legal entity in the final reading. Control measures are prescribed by the tax authorities after the corresponding notification after its publication at the legislative level. Information about the reorganization is entered into the state register of legal entities. Legislative innovations will allow creditors taking timely measures to protect their interests. The adopted law-in-draft has been sent for signature to the President.

In addition, amendments to the law “On local authorities, local self-government and state administration in the PMR” were supported at the plenary session in the final reading. The amendments expand the powers of state administrations of towns and districts. They will be able to assign, change or cancel addresses to real estate objects located outside the territory of the settlement. We are talking about horticultural cooperatives located on garden and summer cottages. The adopted amendments are also directed to the signature of the President.
