Deputies adopted the government-initiated amendments to the law "On State Support of Innovative Activities" in the second, final reading.

Innovation is what moves our life forward, makes scientific and technological progress a familiar thing. Several innovative projects have been registered in Pridnestrovie, including the Aquatir fish complex, the greenhouse farm of Tiraspoltransgaz-Pridnestrovie LLC, and the Tiroteks-energo cogeneration station.

Thanks to the adoption by the Parliament of amendments to the law “On State Support of Innovative Activities”, those wishing to register an innovative project will become easier. The law is aimed at eliminating the obligation of business entities to submit documents that the authorized body can receive in the executive bodies of state power through interagency cooperation. Economic agents have the opportunity to abandon securities and use the potential of such an electronic information resource as the “Public Services Portal”. This will reduce the time costs of business entities.

It is noteworthy that documents proving the environmental safety of the project can also be provided in electronic form.

Adopted by parliamentarians the law is sent to the President for signature.
