The Legislative Plans

The Supreme Council approved the rough drafts of legislation preparing for 2016. It is formed on the basis of the legislative plans of the subjects of legislative initiative. They came from the parliamentary committees and certain deputies, as well as from the Government, the Court of Arbitration, the Prosecutor's Office, town and district councils. As for February 26 there are 206 intended for the introduction legislations. Among them there are more than twenty new for the legal framework of the Republic fundamental legislative acts. This law-in-draft "On Combating Corruption", "On the missionary and preaching activity on the territory of Pridnestrovie", "On perpetuation of the memory of those killed in defense of the Fatherland", "On civil protection", "On Road Traffic Safety", "On the representative bodies of state power and local self-government ","On migration" and others.
