Priority of the deputy work will be the adoption of the federal budget, legislations on improving the pension system and the implementation of the President's Address. According to the Chairman of the State Duma, Russian parliamentarians will consider the budget for 2019 and the next two years. It is planned to discuss it by October 1 in the zero reading.

A large package of legislations is aimed at improving the pension system. The initiatives concern the retirement of social allowances. It is assumed that the benefits for travel in public transport, payment for utilities, the purchase of drugs will be tied to the age (from 55 years for women and from 60 years for men), and not to retirement.
